We, nexus creations, are associated with many organizations as Consultants for various power projects which includes Power House complex, Dam Areas and the residential colonies. Being into this field for many years now, we are fully aware of its technicalities and provide the services in co-ordination with E & M team. A Brief description of our services is as mentioned here:
- Working out space requirements for various activities needed for the operations of power house.
- Designing of control buildings in power house, switchyard area and the Dam area.
- Beautification of Machine hall, Service bay, MAT, MAT entrance and many other spaces.
- Working out the Finishing Schedules as per the technical usage of the space.
- Plumbing work including working out the route for sewerage disposal.
- Internal and external electrical works.
- Landscaping work for the power house and dam complex.
- Preparation of scheme for Building envelope, working drawings, detail drawings for execution.
- Finalization of items of work, detailed specifications, estimates, BOQ and tender document.
